I provide WordPress website development, eCommerce (WooCommerce) development, website redesign, website maintenance and support, SEO optimization, and AI-powered solutions, as described on this website. The exact scope of work for any project is agreed upon individually with each client before work begins.
Pricing is provided as a custom quote based on each project’s size, features, and requirements. Quoted prices are based on the scope discussed at the time of the quote — any additional features, pages, or changes requested outside that agreed scope will be treated as extra work and quoted separately.
Payment terms vary by project and will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before work begins. Full details of payment structure (e.g., deposit and final payment) will be provided as part of the project agreement.
Revisions are provided until the client is satisfied with the agreed scope of work. Requests for new features or additions not part of the original agreement will be considered additional work and quoted separately.
Refunds may be issued under certain conditions, evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage and nature of the project. Please contact me directly to discuss any refund request.
Estimated timelines are provided based on the size and complexity of each project and communicated before work begins. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing materials, or scope changes may affect the original timeline.
Ongoing website maintenance and support are offered as a separate, paid service and are not included by default with one-time project deliveries unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any content or materials (text, images, branding assets) needed to complete the project on schedule.
Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final website design and content transfers to the client, excluding any third-party tools, plugins, themes, or stock assets that carry their own licensing terms.
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality, secure, and functional websites, I am not liable for indirect damages, business losses, or issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or actions taken by the client after project completion.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this website or ongoing services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
